Pamela will provide an introduction into this session titled “Unearthing the Right Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Tools. How ICT packages can assist cemetery operators in meeting the requirements of Part 4, Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2013.”
The challenges of meeting statutory requirements in terms of registers and how to meet increasing community expectations for access to information intersects with the evolving world of information technology.
